We make reference to the earlier communication from the Director General requesting Senior Directors and Directors to facilitate staff in their respective Campus/Institute/Directorate to participate in the weekly virtual Master Class on the approved HR Policies and Procedures Manual as well as Employee Handbook which commenced on Wednesday 15th July 2026. You are hereby reminded of tomorrow's session (Wednesday 16th September 2026) on Training & Development and Code of Conduct (Section 11 and 12 of the HR Policies and Procedures Manual & Dress Code and Personal Appearance - Section of the Guidelines ) from 2.30 p.m - 4.30 p.m. Please find here-in the link for joining the Master Class. (A google form for pre-assessment shall be forwarded for filling in before the session where all employees are required to participate in the pre-assessment exercise.
