Governance
Our governance framework, trust deed, rules and oversight structures.
How the Scheme Is Governed
The scheme operates under a trust deed and rules that define how it is managed, how decisions are made, and how members' interests are protected. The Board of Trustees holds ultimate responsibility for the scheme's governance and is accountable to members.
Day-to-day administration is carried out by the scheme secretariat under the direction of the board. Professional service providers — fund managers, a custodian, an actuary and auditors — support the board with independent expertise.
