Stewardship You Can Trust
The Kenya School of Government Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme is a defined contribution scheme established to secure the retirement of KSG staff. Members contribute 7.5% of pensionable salary each month, matched by a 15% employer contribution — a combined 22.5% working continuously toward your future.
The scheme is governed by a Board of Trustees, supported by professional fund managers, a custodian, and an actuary, with oversight designed around transparency and member interests.
